The Toulouse-Lautrec Museum provides various conveniences to make your visit easier.
Lockers
Some items (pushchairs, metal baby-carriers, walking sticks, crutches, large bags, umbrellas etc.) are not permitted inside the rooms. To store these items and enjoy your visit more comfortably, the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum offers you a cloakroom with free lockers at the entrance, after the ticket gate.

WCs
You will find WCs at levels -1 and -2 of the TLM sub-basement. The WCs are accessible to disabled persons.
Access for persons with impaired mobility
All along your itinerary, lifts and elevators are at your disposal for easier access to the Museum spaces.
Persons with impaired mobility can borrow a wheelchair at the ticket office front counter.
Admission ticket machine
An automatic distributor of museum admission tickets is available in the reception area of the TLM (full-rate tickets only) in 3 languages (French, English, and Spanish).
Room cards
Room cards available in 7 languages (French, English, Spanish, Russian, Italian, Dutch and German) and in large print for the visually impaired, are available in the display stands in each room.

Auditorium
Located on level -1, below the Court of Honour of the Palais de la Berbie, the Auditorium has 156 seats including 4 seats for disabled persons. Incorporated into the visitor’s itinerary, it offers the public projections of films about Toulouse-Lautrec and his work. It can also be used for organizing art history conferences and symposia.
Shop
The mTL shop space offers you a wide range of relevant items, inspired by the collections of the museum and its exhibitions: reproductions, stationery, objects, decorative items, cards, books etc.
